Anchorages & Passages of note

Most of the posts linked to here were written as part of my cruise descriptions, particularly the two round GB trips, so if you have been through the entire blog there is little new to be found by following the links, unless that is you read them contemporaneously as each series were updated later when I had nothing better to do so there is new material, especially pictures and more detailed tracks since they were first written.

Passages.

These are mainly post(s) describing my passage plus a few specific pages with suggestions, neither are replacements for charts and the appropriate pilot or, at a minimum, "Reeds".

Round GB, in no particular order:
 
Approaching the inshore route round Portland Bill from the
west using the south going stream that runs for most of the day.
Be warned wind against that stream kicks up a nasty sea here,
